I met a friend online last year who is from Washington. Last month, she sent me an email saying that she would be going to jail from the 9th of January 2009 until the 10th of January 2010. The very last email I received from her was yesterday which is disturbing as it sounded suicidal.

Here is the pertinent email she sent to me:

Before i have to do what im about to do i. just wanted you i enjoyed talking to even tho you sometimes hot and cold. seeing that thin is going to be my last time to write to you i just wanted to say this. you have truly helped me thought a lot. but i don't no what you are afraid of but you need to over come it to be able to live a happy life you deserve. I think that the reason you liked talking to you is because where a lot a like. But just go and have a happy life. Bye see ya on the other side.

I replied to her email. However, I have yet to receive a reply which is worrisome. I cannot remember how old she is as I have deleted some of the past emails I had with her last year. The only informations I have are obviously her email address (would you need it?), IP address: 67.183.195.235 which I have traced from the Hotmail Message Source. She is either 18 or 19 years old, maybe in the early twenties, I cannot exactly recall.

Is it possible for you to help me find the inmates who are supposed to be locked up from the 9th of January 2009 until the 10th of January 2010 in Tacoma, Washington? She is black, if that will help you, not to be racist at all here. I don't know, is there any other way that I can find out whether she is alright or not? I tried to Google suicides in Washington but to no avail. You might know that I'm from Singapore and thus there's nothing much I can do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If not, thank you anyway.
