Hi...I read your posts regarding an incident with your brother. First I would like to commend both you and your husband. Your patience and willingness to give your brother the opportunity to correct his inappropriate behavior is meritable....
What are boundaries? Boundaries are guidelines or Iimits you must set in order to live and love well. A relationship without God-honoring boundaries is a relationship destined for chaos, frustration, and disappointment.

Sylvia Led said… - CeCe- I have been on it for awhile now. It is my family physician. He started me out on about 3 medications. I was really drugged up. After a while I decided to get off all of it but the Cymbalta. He started me out on 60 mg., but I am now on 30mg. I would like to go lower and stop it all together and try something else. He want work to much with these medications. I have been to counseling and a therapist for the meds. The couple of therapist (sho were allowed to pres. meds.) took about an hr. with me and tried to put me on mood enhancers. I don't think so. You have to watch some of the doctors who are so-called trained to 'prescribe meds management'. They listen to you for a few minutes and try drugging you up.
I think now I just need something for generalized anxiety. I am going to call my insurance and try to get in with a psychotherapist or pychologist that can take more time . I do take Ambien at night. Sometimes I wonder if that doesn't add to my emotional attitude. Thanks for caring and listening. In Christ.....
