One great thing about hugs is that when you give one, you get one back, LOL.

Carolyn, I would like to pray out loud for you and your husband. Dear Heavenly Father, I pray for Your hand of protection to be upon Carolyn and Dennis. Keep them safe from any accidents, diseases, or evil influences. Protect them where ever they are. We trust in Your Word, which assures us that You are our rock, our fortress, our deliverer, our shield, our stronghold, and our strength in whom we trust. Adonai, Thank You, Lord. We want to dwell in Your shadow (psalm 91:1). Keep us under the umbrella of Your protection. Help us never to stray from the center of Your will or off the path You have for us. Enable us to hear Your voice guiding us. Send Your angels to keep charge over us (especially Dennis) and keep us in all Your ways. Thank You, Lord that no weapon formed against us will prosper (isaiah 54:17). Thank You, Lord that You will not leave us in the hands of wicked people who would try to destroy us. (psalm 37:32-33). Hide us under the shadow of Your wings, from the wicked who oppress us, from our deadly enemies who surround us (psalm 17:8). Protect us from the plans of evil people. Keep us from sudden danger. Be merciful to us, O God, be merciful to us! For our souls trust in You, in the shadow of Your wings We will make our refuge (psalm 57:1). Thank You that We will lie down in peace, and sleep; for You alone, O Lord, make us dwell in safety (psalm 4:8). Thank You for Your promises of protection. We lay claim to them this day. Thank You Abba Father, for the precious gift from Your Son, Jesus Christ, who died for us, the unending love You have given us....in Jesus's name..Amen

My husband was sent back to the hospital from the Nursing Home this morning. He wasn't breathing and in shock. At the hospital they determined that they didn't have the right equipment to completely take care of him and had to transport him to another hospital about 45 minutes from my house.
He wasn't expected to live through the night. It's now about 4:30am my time and there has been no change since about 6pm.
If they can keep him stable until they can take him to radiology (whenever they can fit him in) to have a line hooked up, he can have dialysis and that should start to make a difference. If they can't get the line in, he can not survive.
I finally came home. I have to take care of some things here, including my mom and the cats. But I am just so tense that the phone will ring....

If you think about it, please say a prayer for my husband, me and the family.

You always have my hugs...and prayers...it will be alright, God knows what He is doing, He never sends the wrong one for the job. We have the tools, if we will just apply them to each situation or trial ...He will get us through , or carry us if that's what it takes. I love you ...my friend...be at peace in Jesus's name Amen
